Villas
4 villas are available for accommodation of guests.One in Bulgarian style, one in European style, one in Japanese style and one villa called "Golf house". All villas are very well furnished and equipped with cable TV, telephone, kitchenette, spacious sitting rooms with fireplaces, 3 / 4 bedrooms and bathrooms fitted with jacuzzis. All terraces overlook the golf course.
Please note that the hotel accommodation is lower standard than the Golf houses.
Sofia Air Golf club is in active operation since June 2000.
The golf course includes 18 holes with total driving distance 5335 meters with a Par 71 rating.
Golf Academy Programmes are provided ranging from beginners to advanced players. In addition the course embraces two putting greens, driving range and a fully equipped Pro Shop.
Horse riding
There is a stable with open manege and a possibility for rides outside it.
There are big horses and few small for chilrden. Horse riding tours are organized around the area and in the fields.
For the beginners is available tuition with qualified trainer.
Leisure and sports centre
Very good facilities are available at the leisure and sports centre including:
